This Privacy Policy describes how ideaX LLC, operating as Fast Cohort ("Fast Cohort," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our synthetic user research services (the "Service").

Important Note About Synthetic Research

Fast Cohort generates AI-powered synthetic research. All research participants in our studies are AI-generated simulations, not real people. We do not collect personal information from research subjects because they do not exist. This Privacy Policy covers only the information we collect from you, our customers.

We do not use your research questions, business strategies, product information, or any content you provide to train or improve our AI models. Your data is used solely to generate your specific research deliverables.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We Do Not Share Your Research:

Your research parameters, questions, and results remain confidential and are not shared with other customers or third parties (except as necessary to provide the Service, as described below).

Requesting Deletion:

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing team@ideax.co. Some information may be retained in backups or for legal compliance purposes.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Regular security assessments
  • Secure data centers and hosting providers

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You will still receive transactional emails related to your account and studies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

7.6 Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.

8. International Data Transfers

Fast Cohort is based in the United States. If you access our Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our Service, you consent to this transfer.

We take steps to ensure that your information receives adequate protection, including using standard contractual clauses where appropriate.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it immediately.
